The Cartoon Kings
The Cartoon Kings are a high-energy party band based in the Midlands, performing at private functions, festivals and corporate events of every size. Alongside a huge repertoire of songs by original artists, the band offer both electric and acoustic show options – making them the perfect fit for weddings, celebrations, and special occasions of any style. Full of personality, style and versatility, The Cartoon Kings deliver exactly what your event needs.
Each band member brings years of live experience, ensuring a professional yet exciting show every time. They perform up to two hours of live music with a raw, energetic feel, covering a wide range of genres. With both male and female lead vocals, they offer a complete and engaging performance.
Their live sound is powered by a 4400-watt HK Linear 5 PA system with an Allen & Heath Qu-16 Digital Desk, supported by a full lighting rig featuring the latest ADJ 8 TPAR COB LED stage lighting and ADJ LED floor lights.
The band use only top-level instruments, amplifiers and microphones, including Fender, Gibson and Taylor guitars, Yamaha TRB 4P bass with Trace Elliot amplification, Beyer microphones, a Craviotto drum kit, and a Korg Kronos keyboard.
Music can be played through a laptop or media device of your choice between sets at no extra cost, or a separate DJ can be supplied for an additional fee. A fully silent stage set-up is also available if required, using high-end guitar pods, an Alesis Strike Pro electronic drum kit and in-ear monitoring. This setup allows the band to perform comfortably in volume-sensitive venues and limiter-restricted spaces.
The Cartoon Kings’ repertoire spans everything from Oasis, The Beatles and 80s favourites to Bruno Mars, 00s dance classics and current hits by artists such as Pharrell Williams, Rudimental and Florence & The Machine. Expect timeless party tracks and guaranteed floor-fillers including 9 to 5, I’m a Believer, and Brown Eyed Girl.

They set up whilst we were having our wedding breakfast in another room and it was fab to walk into the "reception room" and see them all set up and ready! The music was great and they sounded fantastic! So many people commented on how good it was to have a female and a male singer. The play list was a great mix for all age ranges, we gave the band some ideas of what we liked and asked them to "judge the room" as they went along - and the dancing didn't stop all night! The band were really personable and happily chatted to wedding guests in between sets. At the end of the evening, the drummer gave our 6 year old little boy his drumsticks which was such a lovely little touch. It made his night!!
