Full Biography

Swing and Tonic are fronted by Emily Louise on vocals. Emily is an extremely experienced vocalist. The other fine musicians in the band are Piers Green on saxophone, Gemma Buckenham on trumpet, Sam Sharawi on double bass, Andy Wilder on drums and Adam Day on piano. Between them all, they have played nationally and internationally at numerous concerts, festivals, theatre shows, weddings and events.

If you would like a smaller jazz and swing band, you can book the band as various different line ups. For example, as a six piece band, as a jazz quartet, a jazz trio or as a duo. Just ask, and they will cater to your needs!

The band will work with you to create your perfect setlist and also learn one special request just for you. The band also offer a background or party playlist for before they start, during their breaks and after they have finished so that you have entertainment for the whole event, without having to spend extra money.

Swing and Tonic will work with you to ensure that your day and your event is perfect. Emily will liaise with you in terms of set lists and timings and the band will be happy to learn a song of your request if you wish. Emily will also work closely with the venue ensuring that everything running perfectly smoothly on the day of the event. The band will adapt their timings on the day should the event run early or late. Whatever your requests, please just ask and we will do our very best to accommodate them.
