Full Biography
Whether you need chilled jazz, fun pop or some dance tunes to party to, Saxophonist Fred always adds some sparkle!
With over 30 years' experience, Fred still relishes a musical challenge, and recently learned several new songs at short notice for a Lebanese-themed wedding. A multi-instrumentalist, he also plays clarinet, flute, cajon and piano.
Following a music degree at Durham University, Fred has written and performed music for the BBC, played in ceilidh bands and directed choirs.
Following a successful career as an innovative and multi-award-winning radio producer, Fred has now turned his attention to music full-time. He hosts a monthly jazz jam, and has also launched a sax quartet and jazz quintet.
Fred always works hard to give every occasion the music it needs to make memories, with the same creativity and commitment he brought to his previous work.
