“Hi Martyn, Well what I can say, we and all our guests were blown away by Hipster, what a great bunch of guys. They were fantastic and really rocked our party, they played a great medley of songs and seemed to gauge our requirements exactly, these guys are true professionals. Guests are still commenting on how fantastic they were, they were money well spent. In terms of Alive Network and yourself Martyn, I thought the website is fantastic as you can hear samples of the band before you book and check availability online, which is absolutely great. Then when the quote came through from yourself, the speed at which you dealt with all of our enquiries was brilliant and because we spoke to only you we felt we got a really personal service. Nothing seemed too much trouble and this follow up email certainly shows your commitment to customer service. Thanks for making this part of the event so easy to organise, larger organisations should take lessons from you in customer service. Best Wishes, Jo”

“Hi Gemma We got back from honeymoon at the weekend, and wanted to thank you and Hipster for their part in our wedding day on 19th March. They were totally brilliant! It was a truly great day, and was finished off in real style with Hipster who were complete professionals and seemed like really nice guys as well! As we'd arranged before hand with them, they accommodated the relatively restricted space requirements of the venue with no problems at all. They took us running over an hour late completely in their stride, and set up with minimum fuss and hassle. We were sorry we ran late with dinner as it meant we had to leave just before the very end of their set, and we didn't want to miss any of it! It went too fast! But the rest of our friends and family apparently begged Hispter to play an encore (which they did!). They played a really great selection of songs, all performed superbly - everyone was up and dancing from the first song onwards, and it made for a really great and lively party! I hoped I'd end my wedding night hot and sweaty with my clothes hanging off, and it was the band that started the process (dancing related!)! Cheers lads! My concerns about booking them on the strength of the demo tracks were all completely mis-placed as they were even better live. Lots of people have commented on how good they were, and I'd definitely recommend them, especially to people who want to remember their party as being one of the best they've ever been to - which we will! “I just wanted to write to tell you how impressed I was with Hipster. As you know they flew out to Paris last week to play at our Gala dinner (for 600 people!) what can I say? they were amazing! I collected the band from the airport and was with them most of the day. There were a few hiccups regarding the equipment that I had arranged for them but they remained calm (calmer then I was!!) and didn't moan once about having to hang around for most of the day waiting for certain things to be delivered. I have had nothing but positive feedback from everyone who was at the dinner. Once again Hipster had the people of Pearson up and on the dance floor the second they started to play. I can honestly say that they are the best band that I have seen play at any Pearson event and will always recommend them for any future bookings. Please pass on my regards to Joe, Ben, Rich and Tom and thank them for being such Super Stars (even though they did tease me about making up my own words for certain pieces of equipment!!) I also wanted to thank you for all your help in the run up to the conference! Kind Regards ”
