“The Kicks totally made our wedding reception ROCK! We were so keen not to book the usual bland wedding band, especially as the groom and half the reception had at one time or another been in various local rock bands. The Kicks managed to merge old and new, rock and pop with real class and clout. We had a few people asking where we had found the band and have even received comments that it was the best wedding they had ever been to!”

“The Kicks were absolutely brilliant. The dancefloor was never empty which I guess is the usual concern at a wedding. I would say 90% of guests were there dancing to 'Hey Jude' at the bitter end - including some elderly relatives. I was very impressed by their professionalism especially considering we ran an hour late. The choice of songs were spot on and they really are great performers. We are so pleased that they exceeded our expectations as we held a special dinner party prior to the wedding to choose the right band. We went through about 50 artists on Alive Network and played their audios to our friends and each were marked out of 10. The Kicks came out on top by some way - and they didn't let us down. We honestly couldn't have been more pleased. Our guests loved em'. Cheers guys! ”

“Hi Ian, A very belated thank you for playing at our wedding (The George in Rye - 24th April), I am so sorry we've not thanked you properly before now, it has been a whirlwind since we have got back from honeymoon! Thank you for making the reception such great fun, I have attached a photo of the dancefloor, I think it was taken during the last song and it really does show what a cracking time everyone was having! I'm not usually a big dancer, but I couldn't help myself, you guys were terrific! Thank you also for being so understanding when you arrived about having to start an hour later than planned, we really appreciated your professionalism. All of our friends have said how much fun they had at the reception and The Kicks were a massive part of that. If I ever have a big party again I will be sure to get in touch. “I feel awful that with so much going on on my wedding day I don't think I really greeted or thanked the Kicks! Please pass on our huge thanks for playing at our wedding, it was the perfect finish to a perfect day. Everyone has been asking who our band was and were really impressed, we definately made a good choice and would book them again. Booking through Alive Network was easy and our co ordinator was helpful, friendly and quick to answer my emails and questions!
